1 About Us

Golden Eagle Insurance Brokers LLC ("Golden Eagle", "we", "us") is a limited liability company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates. We are licensed and regulated by the UAE Insurance Authority (IA Licence No. [Reg. No.]) to act as an insurance broker. Our registered office is at Office 1201, Al Manara Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.

2 Our Role as Insurance Broker

As an insurance broker, we act as your agent — not as an insurer. Our role is to:

• Understand your insurance needs and provide impartial advice.
• Research the market and present suitable coverage options.
• Arrange policies on your behalf with licensed insurers.
• Assist you with mid-term amendments, renewals, and claims.

We are remunerated by commission paid by insurers, which is disclosed to you upon request. In certain cases, we may also charge a professional fee, which will always be agreed with you in advance.

We do not guarantee that any particular insurer will accept your risk, and the final decision to issue a policy rests entirely with the insurer.

3 Your Duty of Disclosure

You are legally required to disclose all material facts relevant to your insurance application honestly and completely. A material fact is any information that could influence an insurer's decision to provide cover or the terms and premium applied.

4 Website Use

• You will use the website for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of third parties.

5 Premiums and Payments

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All insurance premiums are due in full prior to inception or renewal of any policy.
• Premiums are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees.
• Where premium instalment plans are arranged, failure to meet instalment payments may result in policy cancellation.
• Refunds for cancelled policies are subject to the insurer's short-rate or pro-rata cancellation terms and any non-refundable fees.

6 Claims Assistance

While we will make every reasonable effort to assist you in the claims process, it is important to understand that:

• The decision to accept or decline a claim rests solely with the insurer and is governed by your policy terms and conditions.
• We act as advocate and intermediary — we cannot compel an insurer to pay a claim it has declined within its policy terms.
• You must notify us of any potential claim as soon as reasonably practicable. Late notification may prejudice your claim.

8 Limitation of Liability

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai, unless the parties agree in writing to refer the matter to arbitration under the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) rules.
