Process

How to File a Complaint

Follow these steps to submit your complaint through Sanadak portal.

Step 1

Contact Insurer First

Submit your complaint directly to your insurance company and wait for their response (usually 15 working days).

Step 2

Register on Sanadak

If unsatisfied with insurer response, create an account on the Sanadak portal using your Emirates ID.

Step 3

Submit Complaint

Fill in complaint details, attach supporting documents, and submit through the online portal.

Step 4

Resolution

CBUAE reviews your case and issues a binding decision that the insurer must comply with.
