Cancellation and Refund Policy

During the Free Look Period, if no claim has been filed in accordance with the terms of this Policy, or if Life Assured has no right to file a claim or receive any benefit under the Policy, Life Assured may cancel the Policy by notifying the Company in writing and having it duly acknowledged by the Company within thirty (30) days of the Policy Issuance Date. The Policy will be terminated as a result of it, and the Company will reimburse the Total Premium paid by the client after deducting any expenditures incurred by the Company for the Life Assured’s medical examination. When the Policy is cancelled under this Clause, all rights under the Policy are immediately ended.No claims shall be entertained after initiation of refund during the free look period, even if the event eligible for claim fell before the initiation of free look refund. No refunds will be given once the free look time has ended. After the free look period, there is no maturity value or cash value payable if the policy is cancelled.

REFUND POLICY

Only the original mode of payment will be refunded; reimbursements will be provided to the payment solution used by the client at the time of purchase. Allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be processed.

The Policy Schedule Report contains product-specific cancellation and refund information.

Within 24 hours of receiving the money, the confirmation notification will be delivered to the customer via email.
